I love easy sheet pan meals for weeknights — I bought some beautiful fennel and searched for a recipe my whole family would love. This one from Bon Apetit (shared by Epicurious) was a real winner! I did Italian pork sausage for the boys and chicken sausage for the girls. Served with a garlic rice side dish.
